BulkOperations do not use webhooks to signify status changes

Basically all APIs can rely on Webhooks to signify updates, but not BulkOperations. When BulkOperations are inherently asynchronous operations. This is strange to me.

Can we expect BulkOperations to be added to Events/Webhooks?

I agree this would make sense to have. It's being discussed internally. There's currently no ETA.
