Call python requests to update tags'{"errors":{"customer":"Required parameter missing or invalid"}}'

Hi, 

I attempt to update customer tags by call python requests , but get the error message. '{"errors":{"customer":"Required parameter missing or invalid"}}'

But It works great with Postman with the same paramters.

I don't know what the wrong with code is. Could you help me out?
