Can you pass the shipping address from cart page to shipping page and auto fill the address section?

Thank you for your time in reading this discussion.

As I mentioned, I'm trying to find the solution to autofill the shipping address on the shipping page, after the cart page. 

My best guess is using DraftOrder API to do it, but it is only a guess.
