We recently subscribed to a 3rd party app and each time we approve the subscription Shopify automatically cancels the approval (see attached pic).
We've reached-out to Shopify support who've advised that they're unable to assist.
In attempting to understand the cause we located this thread - CLICK - however we don't understand what needs to be actioned to resolve this issue.
We're a charity that helps those in need and the app subscription is required to help collect much needed funds for the poor and needy.
Any thoughts or assistance would be tremendously appreciated.
