Is there a way for us to be notified when a chargeback is opened using Shopify API.
We would like to be able to review a chargeback as soon as it comes through and raise a ticket in our helpdesk system.
Any help is appreciated.
There's no webhook available for when a chargeback is received currently, at the moment we automatically notify via e-mail when they occur. I do like your idea though, I can see how it would be useful - I'll make up a feature request for that.
Has this been implemented? I see no way to react to this event via the APIs.
We are still sad there is no webhook for charge backs or disputes.
