Confusion regarding Recurring Charge

Hi, I've submitted the app to Shopify for review and here's what I got from Shopify

After accepting the billing charges in the app then and re-installing, the app still shows the plan as active. Please make sure the app prompts billing charges for re-install, and refer to our documentation Charging for your app with the REST Admin API: Bill for re-installed apps as a guide.

My app used to not delete merchant's plan information(such as remaining emails to send to customer) even a merchant uninstalls it. but after I found that Recurring Charge will be automatically cancelled and not be charged for uninstalls I just think I could solve it by adding code to my app which resets plan information for uninstall

 

I'd like to know if my app works fine with that way. or let me know if any other things that I have to implement
