I looked for other reports of this issue during that timeframe but I wasn't able to find any. Are you still having the issue? The error response doesn't sound like a response that came from Shopify, so it's possible there was an issue with your client at the time. If you're still encountering the error, please provide the X-Request-ID value from the response header of a failed call, and I can use that to investigate further.
