Create yearly charge plan for an app

We want to create a yearly charge plan for our app for example $90/year. Can you help us? We don't know about yearly charge plan. Is it a recurring charge like monthly charge plan? 
Shopify gets $90 in one time from a merchant and after 12 months, the charge recur automatically?
Do you have any API guide to create a yearly charge plan?
