Custom App or Private App for mobile development?

I'm a little confused by the use case of custom apps.

I'm developing a mobile app for a store but don't know if Custom App is suitable for my use case in contrary of using a Private App. Custom App requires some info that I cannot provide via mobile app development like a URL and Redirect URL. Also the proposed OAuth flow in this link (https://shopify.dev/tutorials/authenticate-with-oauth) is not possible in my case.

So, I have the feeling that Private App is the best fit for my case even if I use Buy SDKs. Am I right?

I'm asking this question because everywhere in the docs I'm recommended to use Custom Apps instead of Private Apps.
