I work for DesktopShipper and we print labels for Zox. Sometimes Zox will send us international orders that were free items(i.e. promos). This causes a problem on our end because in order to ship international orders, they will need to enter a customs value. These orders come over with a customs value of 0, making it so they must enter the number each time. Is Zox able to set up logic on the Shopify end to make it so on their free orders they send us a total price of 1?
