Currently we use Bold Subscriptions to create our orders via API. We would like to be able to edit these orders (mainly for tax and accounting purposes.) When we use the GraphQL to edit the line items we get an error similar to the error when we try to edit it via the native Shopify Interface:
Currently only orders process through Shopify are able to be edited. If the orders are created through the API you are unable to edit them at this time.

Hi, we've got the same problem. When we create an order through the API and we want to edit the order in the Shopify dashboard, we've got the message:
Unable to edit order Orders placed through apps can’t be edited. Learn more about editing orders.
We understand this, but it's possible that a 3rd app can't edit the transaction status from "Pending" to "Paid" if the order it's created in this way?
