Embedded app, Polaris clicking on app name in the top bar not working at all even with href value

Hi,

I am facing an unusual issue with my app.

In the Admin -> Apps when open my app

I am unable to navigate back to the app home screen using the app name link

Means the small logo and alongside app name both have href attribute with them but upon click they don't work at all

I got the solution and mentioning if it is helpful for others.

The trick is use the app navigation from app settings to create navigation for app not a custom navigation inside app code structure this will completely resolve the issue.
