We keep receiving the following error when trying to fetch customer journeys for a store using the GraphQL API:
Internal error. Looks like something went wrong on our end. Request ID: 5482c735-2df0-4ce3-a06e-fbb9069b34cc (include this in support requests).
Would it be possible for someone at Shopify to look at what is happening for this request?
We did some more investigation into this issue and discovered that our CustomerJourney request for this store will throw an exception on Shopify's end any time a specific order ID is requested, and only when including a request for the firstVisit data.
When requesting an order's CustomerJourney data including firstVisit data for only order "gid://shopify/Order/2725372035239" we receive the following error:
Internal error. Looks like something went wrong on our end. Request ID: ec91a8d1-20ee-468c-9b32-29d82ea51825 (include this in support requests).
If we do not ask for firstVisit data for this order, the request succeeds. We are able to successfully request lastVisit data. Since we are only requesting CustomerJourney data for a single order ID, we don't think this could be a data size limitation issue.
Could someone at Shopify please look into what could be causing the error for this request and/or this order?
