A few simple questions that seem obvious, but not really documented anywhere, so better safe than sorry.
I am building an app for our print on demand service.
1. I only need to register a fulfillment service once for my app, correct? This isn't something that needs to happen per store / app installation?
2. If we update the fulfillment once the item ships with tracking information, Shopify won't hit the "fetch_tracking_numbers" endpoint, right?
