I am using these two endpoints to retrieve shipping rates. However, I would like my customers to not be required to fill in the Province field (ie. I want to pass an 'accept-all' value into the Province) such that the zip codes can be recognised without having the input the province. For example, 8042 in New Zealand refers to the Canterbury province and I want customers to only have to input the zip code (8042) without the province (Canterbury).
Is this possible?
