GET orders response sometimes does not include a refunds property

I recently discovered that some of the responses I get from making a GET orders call do not contain a refunds property despite the financial_status property being marked as 'refunded'.

Is that expected behaviour?

What are the scenarios that can result in such a phenomenon happening?

Could you kindly provide the X-Request-ID(s) from the response headers of calls where you're seeing such discrepancies, and I'd look into our logs and hopefully be able to provide you with some useful information.

I only have details of the order response in my logs. 

Would providing you with the `order_id` and the `created_at` time help?

@timothyt that would be helpful as well, provided they were created in the past 14 days. Currently our logs don't go any further than that.
