Getting error App taking too long to respond

Hello

When user is accessing our app specifically from Egypt they are getting error "App took too long to respond". However, the same App if we tried to access it from any other country it works well.

We even recently updated our app to load basic HTML initially and later on make AJAX call to Shopify APIs in order to handle any network slowness if there, however, the problem still persists.

As we check our server log the App home page load latency is around 763 ms.  

Any idea what could be causing it?
