I'm happy to look into this issue you're experiencing.
I've done some preliminary investigation, and from the logs associated with the request-id you provided it looks like the products were successfully updated; is this accurate? 15 products with 2 options specified. Though you received the timed out error, was the update successful? If possible, would I be able to see the body of the request only if it doesn't contain any private information.
What I noticed is you used API version 2020-01, and this would soon not be supported. Could you try making the requests with a newer version of the API (preferably 2020-10).
