Can you provide the request ID response header so we can take a look?
In our logs I'm seeing a 302 response which indicates a redirect. It looks like this may be due to your request URL. I am seeing an extra forward slash "/" in your url. For reference:
How are you making the POST request? Is it being made from an API client? It almost look as though this request is being made through a browser or similar client.

We are receiving the request timeout error quite often for almost all sellers, can you please check this?
As mentioned in my previous reply we are using API client to make the requests.

Can you try a different API client on the same computer/server where you are making this call from?
