Google merchant center suspension.

Greeting from the Czech Rep.

I am new to Shopify/drop shipping & could really use some help. I received an email from Google regarding account suspension due to misrepresentation.

In my GM account I found the below issues outlined that requires correction.

I am not sure what to do or how to proceed.

Please see the attached and advise.

You can not connect a website that is not finished. Your site says, coming soon. This is your first issue.

 

Checking a website, Google Merchant Center account, and trust signals is a big task. Most merchants that post this specific question have in most cases not read all policies or have read it partially. Please note that you are required to have read all policies.

Once you have read all policies below, please ask specific questions and we are happy to guide you.

Make sure you do not sell face mask or PPE

Make sure you do not copy paste images or text from other sites.

Don't have multiple websites in the same niche

Make sure you don't have multiple disapproved websites or accounts, this is called circomventing policy violation.

You have a track record of order fulfillment, for example honest reviews.

Thanks for taking the time out to respond Emanuel.

I' read through the links and policies you attached. I made some adjustments. However, my account is still showing 1 disapproved item. "invalid value (mpn)? cant figure out what to look for.

You mentioned that my store was showing "coming soon"... that's because I activated password while attempting to resolve my errors after receiving the suspension.

however, I still have this one item to resolve "invalid value (mpn)?  but cant figure it out. I also reached out to Google for a review and some clarification but they are not clear.

The store is now active. Would you be able to look in and advise?w.PNGx.PNGy.PNGzz.PNG

When submitting product identifiers the following rule applies.
If a manufacturer has assigned a bar code, then submit brand, mpn (if available), GTIN and set identifier exists to yes.
If the manufacturer has not assigned a bar code, then remove the values brand, mpn, gtin and set identifier exists to no.
