All of a sudden, our private app is throwing this error, randomly, at different steps, when running an import/update items process:

Is it Black Friday traffic issue, or any other reason? Our request seems fine, and it used to work last week.

I can look into this issue for you, if you're still experiencing it. If you are, can you provide me with a recent x-request-id (found in the header response) as the logs associated with the one above have expired.
