From my investigation, it appears that the Draft Order you were trying to send an invoice for is deleted. That may have caused the error to be thrown, if you deleted the Draft Order prior to running the mutation for sending the invoice.
Also, if you are still seeing this error with active Draft Orders, could you test what happens if you include "email" as an input along with the draftOrder ID? Based on the error messages I have seen through our logs from your X-Request-ID value, its plausible that passing along the optional "email" input into the draftOrderInvoiceSend mutation may resolve this issue
