Hi,

I'm trying to query shop info with GraphQL for one of my customers but it gives this error

{
  "errors": [
    {
      "message": "Internal error. Looks like something went wrong on our end.\nRequest ID: e526b70b-cda3-4c36-b3b2-bf204331ea59 (include this in support requests).",
      "extensions": {
        "code": "INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR",
        "requestId": "e526b70b-cda3-4c36-b3b2-bf204331ea59"
      }
    }
  ]
}

The query I'm trying to do is

{
  shop {
    fulfillmentServices {
      callbackUrl
    }
  }
}

It's working just if i replaced callbackUrl with any other property

Where is the reference for those errors by request id?

Hey @JAKU

Apologies for the confusion with the error. It is something we are aware of. It looks like this error was due to the call back URL not in the right format. Can you check that there is the proper https:// vs. https:/

Hi @vix

Thansk for getting back to me, while app connecting,

This is how we wrote our code! and it's working now on thouthands of shops have our app already installed:

  1. Getting all fulfillment services
  2. Check if ours createdbefore
  3. (YES) get this info
  4. (NO) then create it

We can't pass the step number 1, with only one store! So, I belive because the store owner installed too many fulfillment services, maybe one of them has this callbackUrl https:/ issue, bu we can't get the list, so check, so create ours, so i belive we didn't send one with wrong url.

Any other idea to help?

This is an accepted solution.

If you come to this post looking for issue when you try to fetch fulfillment service callbackUrl by GraphQL and getting and error ... so just give up and don't query for this property!

I changed the logic to use handler instead

Thanks
