GraphQL, need to set (private app) sale channel availability for newly created product

Hi there.
#1: I’m creating products through a private app using GraphQL and I’m wondering how I can set the (private app) sale channel availability for the newly created product.

I seem to get an AWFUL lot of Access Denied.  For example:

query {publications (first: 10) 

{edges {node {id name}}}

}

#2: How do I find the ID# for my private app?
