Help finishing Happy Returns set up

Hi there! We're finishing our set up with Happy Returns (https://retailers.happyreturns.com/), an automated returns and exchange platform. They've asked me to ask Shopify to do the following for us: 

 

1) turn on the Gift API to allow site credit

 

2) turn on your API calls to 12. This will prevent any latency in the future if a lot of customers are on the return flow at once. If they say they can't put it to 12 that is fine just ask them to put it as high as they can. 

 

I tried calling Shopify customer service, and they said that they couldn't help with this and that I needed to create a new topic here in the forum.

In order to use the Gift Card API, and in order to get your API Rate Limit increased, you need to upgrade your store to the Shopify Plus plan. You can upgrade your store here: https://www.shopify.ca/plus/upgrade
