How do I add location and inventory in product while I create a product in shopify using Api?

Currently I'm adding a product in shopify using both way of api one is using rest api and second is using graphql api but 

my private app created in partner use old version so  shopify gives warning now to use latest version.

So now How can I add location and Inventory in added product?

Is there any api to add inventory at specified location during create product?
