I want to change the app visibility from unlisted to listed? I tried following this resource - https://shopify.dev/tutorials/change-public-app-store-visibility-listed-unlisted
But I am unable to find the app listings page in the Shopify partners dashboard. Any help?. Is this section visible only to admins>
