i have a my own crm and i need once client create an order at my shopify store, 

shopify send post request with all data of order and client details to my specific API

You can add a new Shopify webhook for the orders/create event. This will send out a request to your receiver. You in turn would parse the request body to pull the order and customer data that was sent.
