Linnworks Confirmed Payment Method

Hi, 

 

Please let me apologise, to begin with that my knowledge of API's is non-existent. We use the Linnworks platform for our order management, listing etc. Shopify orders come through to Linnworks by API and currently, I could receive a couple of payment methods on my orders which causes a problem. This happens when the customer fails on one payment method, but then completes on another. At the moment, Shopify records both on the order and in turn Linnworks has both on the XML. This means Linnworks doesn't know which one to call the successful payment option. 

 

Can anyone help to know if there's any differences that I might be able to get LW's to pick up on? 

 

Also, is there any customisation that could be done to handle this issue?

 

I need to know the correct payment method to reconcile.
