Measure App downloads with paid campaigns

Hi

We have an app and want to start paid campaigns outside Shopify (like in Google, Facebook etc.)

Can you tell me where can I insert a Google conversion tag into the app page or elsewhere so we can track conversions (downloads of the app)?
