Mobile buy SDK (Android) - HTTP 500 error

Hello there,

 

Some of our users currently have a problem on payment page generated by Mobile Buy SDK.

 

Steps : 
1) filling all fields of Contact information and shipping address
2) selection of shipping method
3) click on button "continue to payment"

 

And then, the payment page shows an HTTP 500 error "HTTP 500 internal server error" to the user who can't continue his order. This users are in the USA.

How can we resolve this ? is there something to do on our side ? some help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @bourga_f ,

 

When using the Mobile Buy SDK to create a checkout, can you confirm if you are redirecting the user to the "webURL" link from the created Checkout object? Or are you building your own Checkout experience in your mobile app, separate from the Shopify Web Checkout?

Are you able to provide the value of the X-Request-ID response header from the Shopify 500 'Internal Server Error' response? 

 

If not, could you provide the myshopify URL of your store (eg {store-name}.myshopify.com) and the approximate time (with timezone) you last saw this error? Feel free to DM me the store name if you are more comfortable with that
