Hi, I suggest you just uninstalled the search app and resubmit your ads in Google AdWords.
The Search app we built is not a successful app, we have hidden that app in the Shopify app store.
As to the Etranslate app, we solved this case on our side, the customer needs to add the widget code to their theme by themself. In this way, Google won't report any issue anymore.
