My in development app installation fails with Request origin could not be verified

I deleted the app and tried installing it. I have a valid redirect URL set up. It used to work before, but it doesn't. It seems Shopify is setting 'shopifyTopLevelOAuth.sig' and the test cookies but it is missing the 'shopifyNonce' cookie. As a result I get a message 

Request origin could not be verified

How do I fix this issue?

I was able to fix the issue. In the "App Setup" I mistakenly typed "http://" instead of https. After typing https:// it worked
