Namespace error

Hello,

 

We use Netsuite and have Celigo as an integration system. In Celigo, we are getting an error on a number of our products which says: "{\"errors\":{\"namespace\":[\"can't be blank\",\"is too short (minimum is 3 characters)\"]}}"

When looking in the product xml feed, we can't find any 'namespace' sections that are blank.

 

Neither Celigo or Shopify support are able to help with this issue - does anyone know anything about this?

Are you utilizing Metafields? Namespace is usually in reference to your metafield. Here is a doc that explains this: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/metafields

Hi Vix, 

 

Yes we are using metafields, the issue that we have is that we can't find any errors in the namespaces so aren't sure what the problem is with them. 

Do you have any idea how we could look into this further please?

Can you replicate by creating a product through the API with all the same fields? That way you can tweak the info. Otherwise, can you post an example API call or fields? The error sounds like the namespace is under 3 characters.
