Not receiving webhook calls to fetch tracking numbers

I am not receiving the webhook calls to fetch the tracking numbers that was working fine till yesterday. All of a sudden the calls stopped and am not sure what may be the issue. I still have a bunch of orders that are with the status "pending fulfillment" and there are no calls to fetch the tracking numbers.
