We are working with a 3rd party app and use Shopify for inventory purposes.
We have 2 locations on Shopify and one of them is working but the second one doesn't. Inventory synchs but not the orders. We've checked with the 3rd part app tech team and everything is set up correctly (exactly like for the 1 location which does work). They do call the new location and we have done 2 test orders but none of them were communicated to Shopify and they got an error message on their end.
