We have been seeing instances where a single order with multiple line items is sent to our 3PL partner as separate orders. For example, one order with three line items flows to our 3PL as three separate orders for separate fulfillment, instead of one shipment. I have noted below the log files for the three unique fulfillment IDs which should have been one ID for one order.
It was explained to us that information is what Shopify sends to ShipStream requesting that three unique fulfillment be created for one customer order of three line items. How do we configure Shopify/API so that single customer order containing multiple line items will be interpreted as one order to be fulfilled by our 3PL partner?
