Hi,
I'm doing some testing on a dev store and I'm somehow hitting the Shopify admin API rate limit - the API responds with a 429: "Exceeded API rate limit, please try again in a minute. Upgrade to a paid account to remove this limit."
The docs ( https://shopify.dev/concepts/about-apis/rate-limits ) indicate a default bucket of 40 requests with leak rate of 2/sec. The value of "X-Shopify-Shop-Api-Call-Limit" in the response header never goes over 6/40 but I still get 429 errors.
Is there a more restrictive admin API rate limit for partner account dev stores? If so, what is that limit?
Thank you.

Hey @GuyWithTheHair,
Certain endpoints have additional limits when using a development store, those limits are listed on the API reference doc page for each endpoint.
