Payment status did not change though Shopify returned 200 - Hosted Page SDK

We are using Hosted Payment SDK to integrate our payment system with Shopify's checkout, and almost it worked correctly (thanks a lot!!).


However, On the 28 of December in 2019, we had some payments with mismatched status between Shopify and our system.
In these payments, our system sent the callback to update the payment status as `completed` using Hosted Payment SDK, and received 200 responses. However, the status of the orders on Shopify were still `pending`.
They were happened at several merchants at the same time and I don't know why.

So did Shopify have any incidents on the 28 of December in 2019? Or, have you ever heard the same problem like this?

From my knowledge, there were no incidents reported on Shopify on December 28th, 2019.
