Hi, I'm new here and I'm a little bit confused now.

Our company wants to create a plugin for our product, which will allow our users, which has shopify store too, to import their products images in our app.

Where should I start ? :)

I need a public app ?

Or can achieve via GraphQL API or Rest API these informations ? I need every users private key for get their store's data ? Or can I use Oauth ?

Hi, @levaif ,

This is Evita from On The Map.

Will this app be available for your clients only or do you want to build an app for all users and users will be able to get the app via the Shopify app store.

Best, Evita

I tried this solution:

fetch("https://my_shop.myshopify.com/admin/api/2019-10/products/my_product_id/images.json", {
mode: 'no-cors',
method: 'GET',
headers: {
"X-Shopify-Access-Token": "my_private_app_password",
"Content-type": "application/json"
}
});

but I got status code 401.

As for now, your application can perform an unauthenticated GET request to the user's Shopify store + '/products.json' (e.g. https://mystore.com/products.json). The response will be a JSON object containing product images' public URLs.

Just trying to help out.
