I assume that the Shopify team sent you a message or you got some notification with the reason.
Have you replied or reached out to the team for more information? I’m not sure what compliance issue you’ve run into so that makes it a little hard to give you much advice other than reaching out to Shopify.
I've tried every means of communication without any luck. Than you for responding.
Apparently we are in non compliance because our solution seems to bypass the Shopify cart. We are willing to change this but need help in order to do so. Please help me contact someone who can review our plugin which enables Shopify merchants to calculate shipping rates, taxes and duties and ship to over 200 countries.
Can you help us fix this?
