I am Developing Shopify POS returns with NetSuite. When a Order that has had an Exchange performed against it, there is a 2nd order created from the original Order for the exchange. When the Original Order Has a Customer linked to it, the customer data in the JSON indicates the Next order that was created from it with ID and Number.
The issue we are facing is when the POS original Order gets a Exchange performed against it and there is not a Customer linked to it that data is no longer available in the JSON in order to Identify the New exchange order. So we are needing to get that Next created Exchange Order ID and number for linking and processing purposes. The Feed shows the Next Order number link, but the feed with API is unavailable and we cannot find any API endpoint that we can call specifically about the Exchange and next order ID and Number data.
Please anyone out there found a way to find this Next Exchange created order data in API without the Customer being linked to the Original order?
