We are a developer team for Shopify Apps, we have successfully integrated this Shopify API with our App's feature, that triggers Shopify "Out for delivery" and "Delivered" email notification via send order status update to Shopify
Usually, it works well, but sometimes not.
Firstly please check the normal case as the picture shows below:
Then the abnormal case:
As you can see, the green badge wrote "Delivered" proves our system has successfully sent the order's status update to Shopify, but Shopify hasn't sent an email to the customer, why?
