REST API - Product Language

I'm currently using the REST API version 2021-04 to retrieve the products available from the store. The store has multi language enabled, but the response seems to only return 1 language. Is there a way in which I'm able to retrieve the products in the desired language?

Some of the newer features are not available in the REST api so you'll want to look at GraphQL.
