RecurringApplicationCharge webhooks

I went through the documentation but couldn't understand how my application should understand if the seller had paid a recurring payment RecurringApplicationCharge.

If at some point the seller does not pay the bill, or there is no money on his card, then I need to make the application inactive. Are there any webhooks for this?

I would appreciate any help.

Would it be a good decision, for example, to ask Shopify once a day to determine if the status RecurringApplicationCharge is active?

That's obviously the only solution now, keep pinging and pinging to see if it changes. A webhook would have been the best.
