Hello all,


I just have a couple of quick questions about the GDPR redaction process that I can't seem to find answers to in the documentation or forums. I'm quite familiar with the redaction webhooks, but I just wanted to double-check a few assumptions that I have:


  • Will a redacted customer still be returned from the admin API customer endpoints?
  • Is there a way to know that a customer was previously redacted, or will the PII fields just be blank?
  • Will the updated_at field on the customer record be touched when a customer record is redacted?
  • Will the customer's orders also be redacted and will the order's updated_at field also be touched?
