Our dev team are looking at up updating our 3rd Party Payment Gateway to facilitate integrated refunds within the merchants admin dashboard.
Currently, there is only the option to "restock" the item & no "refund" button displaying.
According to the integration docs our team has completed all the necessary endpoints to facilitate this connection. Does anyone know if this is a feature that Shopify need to enable? I enquired but was directed here.
It appears the refund URL (gateway settings) needs to have a value in order for the refund button to appear in the admin.
Refunding a test transaction hits the Sandbox refund URL, but for the button to display, the live refund URL needs to be set. This feels like a bug, I'll confirm with the team on this end and get back to you. Thanks for reporting.
