We are trying to automate our refunding process with Netsuite using Celigo as middleware. We have been able to do full and partial refunds on single payment transactions but we are trying to figure out what would happen in a split payment transaction. Specifically we are trying to figure out if a customer pays partially with a gift card and partially with a credit card, which payment method would a refund go back to? Netsuite does not differentiate the payment methods so we need to know what Shopify will default to.
