My online shop is connected to Sage through an application created by Sage. The first time the application runs, all the information is transferred from Sage to Shopify, but whenever an article is signalled as sold on Sage, this update doesn't go through to Shopify. Any idea why?
You'll need to get in touch with Sage to find out what they see on their end. We provide APIs for Sage to send this information to Shopify, but if something in that process isn't working we'll need more info from Sage to investigate.
