Shopify Hosted Payment SDK Request Form

I have submitted the application, but not heard back. We have clients who use shopify that need our gateway. Is there any other option? How do I pursue this further?

Katy here from Shopify. I hope all is well with you, and welcome to our Community here. 

 

The Hosted Payment SDK form is currently the only way to submit requests to integrate your own payment gateway solution. Could you let me know when you submitted this? If approved our team will reply to you within 30 days.

If it has gone beyond the 30 mark, I'm afraid that this would then indicate that your application has not been approved and that you would need to consider alternative options for your clients.  If not however, although access is limited at this time, I would encourage you to keep an eye out until 30 days have passed.

Thanks for joining in here. The submission request form here goes through the first steps in detail. In terms of acceptance criteria, I do know that this is a very limited service -  one which is intended for payment providers looking to integrate with Shopify only, and not for individual merchants looking to integrate a specific payment solution for example.


The best first step is to fill out this form. If the application is approved a member of our internal team will then get in touch with you. Usually it should take up to 30 days to review. If you have sent this through and have not received a reply in 4-6 weeks that's generally an indication that the application was not approved.
